repost – September 2020

Day One – Ten Fact About Me
1. I really want to publish a book one day. I have started writing several and have never finished. I have hundreds of great ideas for lots of books but can never find the time or discipline to sit down and just write! Short stories is as far as I’ve gotten!!
2. I want to be involved in saving children Whether that’s from abortion, by adoption or some other way, children are one of God’s most precious gifts and they deserve to live and have a good home!!
3. This year I am reading the whole Bible!! I have this cool Bible app where you can be friends with people and do devotions with them and this year I am reading through the whole Bible with four friends! It’s been really good!
4. I have at least a dozen pen pals Yes, I really do. I’m in three circle letters as well. Writing letters is a favorite pastime.
5. I can solve a rubix cube Only a 3×3 one, I haven’t gotten to any odd shapes yet lol. And definitely not in 3 seconds. more like 3 minutes. *winks*
6. I sing in a choir It will start in October and this is going to be my 6th year!! I really enjoy learning new songs and hanging out with friends. Going on tour is probably the best part. Singing in front of people is the worst. Lol, I’m just being honest.
7. I share a room with my 3 sisters I have four sisters now actually (lol) but I won’t be sharing a room with her for a little while. I used to dream of having my own room but I’ve come to really enjoying sharing one with my dear little sisters! *heart eyes*
8. I am learning the violin slowly. I just got one early this year and didn’t have much time during the school year to practice. And then things got super busy this summer. I am really hoping to get alot of practice in this school year! maybe, just maybe, if I get good I will play a song for you all. no promises though.
9. I have never flown on an airplane And I greatly long too!
10. I have a total of 32 first cousins!! My cousins are some of my best friends and I love them very much!!๐๐
Day Two – A Favorite Quote
“Be yourself. No matter what other people think, God made you the way you are for a reason. Besides, an original is always worth more than a copy!!”-unknown
Day Three – My Dream Job
Stay-at-home wife and mother. Many think that’s boring, but it’s what God calls most woman to do. That’s what He designed us for. There is always the chance that He has something different for me, but I want to prepare myself for marriage and motherhood while I’m still young! And prepare myself for whatever God has planned for my life.
Day Four- Five Things I’m Afraid Of
1. Spiders – Well, only the furry ones and the giant ones. Please don’t mix the two. Then I’m terrified.
2. Big Guns – I’m scared of shooting them. I can shoot a crossbow or a small BB or pellet gun, but nothing bigger than a 22!! no no no, I’d rather not blow my shoulder off.
3. The Ocean Drop off – I’ve never swam in the ocean, I really want to, cause I love it! My Dad did once and he went out really far and can now describe to us looking down and seeing a cliff drop off into utter blackness. *shudders* I can just imagine swimming out to that and looking down and then suddenly realizing your drifting farther and farther out over the black water and you can’t swim back. *screams and hides under a blanket*. Definitely no scuba diving for me.
4. Cows – My uncle used to have those big black ones (Black Angus I think?) The ones for meat, not milking. They were NOT tame. There were times when the men would have to give them shots and I remember onetime one got out of the headlock and charged Dad. *heart pounds* Once they even had one get out and missing for several days. And another time one got out and was running around our yard. People, they weigh ALOT!! Males almost weigh a ton.
5. The future – Time to be very honest. The future is scary, and I admit I do fear it sometimes! I don’t know what it will hold. But I do know that I have a God who loves me so much that He gave His blood as a price for me, and that He is with me wherever my future leads me. He has it plan. He knows my future. So I trust and hope in Him
Day Five
Day Six – Five Current Goals
1. To have a post every day of September *laughs*
2. Learn to speak more kindly to my siblings
3. Enjoy Life and Grow Closer to Jesus
4. When Farm work slows down, scrapbook more!
5. Drink more water!! *laughs*
Day Seven – Best Trip of My Life

Our family doesn’t take many trips (except going to the cabin) so I’d have to say the best trip was when we went to Kentucky in 2013! We stayed in a cute little cottage and spent 2 days exploring the Creation Museum! Then we drove back and stayed at the Cabin for the rest of the week! It was a fun restful time and we enjoyed meeting Buddy Davis, learning many new things, looking at Dinosaur models, walking around beautiful gardens, petting donkeys and camels, and then playing games and building puzzles and going for walks back at the cabin! The eleven hour car ride was probably the worst thing I ever experienced *laughs* For a few months after that, 30 minutes was sooooo short!! *laughs*
Day Eight – 10 Favorite Foods
1. รclair Cake – As far as I can remember I’ve only had this once but I loved it!!
2. Fruit – I love almost every kind of fruit but my favorites are watermelon, oranges, strawberries and apples. Fruit Salad is even better!!
3. Chicken Corn Noodle Soup – My Mimi makes the best ever!!!!
4. Pizza – Pineapple and ham is the the best topping!!
5. Quesadillas!! – The best quick, snacky supper ever!! Lots of cheese, sour cream and salsa = the best.
6. Jelly Rolls – Bread rolls with butter and jelly. Mashed potatoes and ham. Sweet Potatoes and Green beans (ahh stop Autumn, you are making yourself hungry for a holiday meal!! *laughs*) ๐๐
7. Cheeseburger Pie – It smells a lot like pizza and tastes almost as yummy!!
8. Salad – Mmm Mmm Mmm!!! I’ll eat lettuce plain but it’s even more refreshing when you add ranch dressing, bacon, cheese, peppers and tomatoes!
9. Beef Stroganoff – I’ve loved this ever since I was little and for many years asked for this meal EVERY birthday! *laughs*
10. Sausage – We make our own seasoning to have the butchers put with the sausage. (we raise about a dozen pigs every year so we get some of our own meat. No store bought here!! (besides some lunch meat or hotdogs if we run out. which happens more often then we would like in this family *laughs*)
Day Nine – My Favorite Childhood Book
I might say the Chronicles of Narnia, but I wasn’t a child when first read them(i don’t think I was anyway๐).
The Little House Series – We had two of the books that my Mom read aloud to us, and then when I was probably around 10 I borrowed the others from my Grandma. It was so fun to read about all the adventures Laura Ingalls had and the little dugout they lived in was so cool!
Have you read Little House? Which is your favorite book? Have you watched the TV series?
That’s a hard choice cause I love them all!! On the Banks of Plum Creek is definitely one of them because its the first one I read. I think I also really enjoyed Little Town on the Prairie. We are watching the tv series! My Dad watched them as a boy so it brings back memories for him. My Mom on the other hand hates them because she read the book as a girl and the TV series adds so many other stories!! I think we just started the second season.
Day Ten – My Thoughts On Education
Wow I’m one third of the way done!! Which also means we are one third of the way through September *gasps* For now I’m planning on only posting these and then in October doing a photo dump from September and getting back to a more normal, slow-paced schedule.
Have you been enjoying it? I have!! I’d love to hear your answers to these questions in the comments!!
I think education is one of the most important things in a child’s life. Proverbs 1:7 says “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.” Another verse says “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Provers 22:6).
I will most likely homeschool my kids because I believe it is the parents job to teach their children. It is good for other people to help them and the community to rally around the family, but I don’t think its right for a parent to hand off all training and teaching to teachers appointed by the state. It’s not the states job to teach our children, its ours. God calls us to raise our children up and teach them to walk the Narrow Way. Deuteronomy 11:19 talks about the importance of teaching the Bible, history and God’s rules to our kids. “You shall teach them to your children, talking of them when you are sitting in your house, and when you are walking by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.”
Now I feel a little differently about Christian schools then public schools, and I don’t want to blame any parents who send their kids to Christian school. If that’s what you’ve decided to do, that’s fine. But sometimes I do wonder the motive behind it. I know there are a lot of parents out their with good motives and some kids actually need that social interaction to work well. But lets make sure we aren’t sending our kids off to school just so we don’t have time to do all the things we want without having to worry about schooling our kids.
I think parents should be the most involved people in a child’s life. If sending them to school means the teachers are more involved and you can’t find time to be with them, talk with them and build a relationship with them, maybe you should consider homeschooling.
Most public schools are becoming more and more anti-God, and do we really want our children to be in that atmosphere? Taught evolution, and false religions? I heard a story about a man who called his kid’s school and asked to be sent a copy of what his son would be learning that year. They refused. Shouldn’t that scare us? When we see the generation that is rising up these days to we want our children to be apart of that? Rioters? Transgenders? Abortion supporters? Destroyers of history? All these things are contrary to God’s Word and I certainly don’t want my kids growing up in an atmosphere that supports or even encourages this behavior! We need to speak truth to our kids, and more and more they are being taught lies in our American schools.
Wow, I kinda went off on a tangent! *laughs* I hope I didn’t offend anyone!! I’d love if you shared your thoughts, I’m here to chat!!

Day Twelve – A Photograph of Myself

Day Thirteen- My Favorite Movie

Yes its heart wrenching but so so good! The reality of how tragic abortion is, is something everyone should know. The ugliness of it is what makes me want to fight it with all I am. The story of how Abby goes from a naรฏve clinic director to a ardent pro-life advocate is truly remarkable. It’s tear-jerking but breathtakingly beautiful!
Day Fourteen- What Makes Me Happy
- Sitting around a campfire, snuggling a little sibling, talking and laughing as the sky grows dark and the fire turns to dying embers.
- Breathing in the fresh spring air and basking in the sunlight.
- Remembering my Saviors birth and singing Christmas candles at church with all the lights off and everyone holding candles.
- Laughing hysterically with cousins and siblings while playing a game, working or just enjoying life.
- Picking strawberries on a chilly day when the sun shines down on me and warms me.
- Filling flat after flat with big beautiful strawberries after going through a tough season of throwing out more and we are getting good.
- Being out in God’s glorious creation and remembering all He’s done for me.
- Writing a few beautiful sentences of acould-be new book.
- Watching a good movie with family and eating popcorn or ice cream.
- Tenderly sipping frothy hot chocolate after coming in from sledding in the snow.
- Remembering my younger days when I was free and life was easy. And remembering that life is still good; even now.
- Listening to a song that gives me chills and makes me want to scream it out.
- Holding a new little baby for the first time and feeling their soft hair and looking into their beautiful eyes.
- Flopping down in the grass after a hard days work and turning my face towards the sky to stare in awe and our Father’s handiwork.
- Sitting around in the grass with all my siblings, eating ice cream and discussing the latest Odyssey episode.
- Holding my little sister and watching her sleep and then suddenly see a smile crease her face and a little laugh escape that tiny mouth.
- Laughing so hard I cant breathe! All the jokes and facial expressions and people that make life amazing!!๐๐
- Snuggling puppies and watching them romp around the yard on wobbly legs.
- Thinking about how Jesus loves me so so much that He died for me and no matter what I have done He still choose me to be His daughter!!๐๐
Day Fifteen – What Makes Me Sad
- In a good way, watching a sad movie.
- Throwing out a lot of bad produce.
- The end of summer, when the darkness begins to fall earlier.
- Finishing a really good book or series and realizing I now need to find something else to read.
- When a vacation is over.
- When I mess up and give into temptation or yell without thinking. (Getting serious here folks๐)
- How so many people think babies inside a womb can be destroyed and it’s not called murder.
- Thinking about all the people who don’t know about or reject Jesus.
- Shivering outside in the wintertime and seeing bare trees and longing for spring and flowers and sunshine.
- Thinking about all the dear little children who don’t have parents in their lives.
- Not having snow on Christmas.
Such negativity! Life is full of sorrow and pain and I’m very grateful to not have to put ‘loosing up loved one’ on that list. I know someday I will though. Suffering is always a part of our lives, especially for Christian’s, but Paul reminds us many times to rejoice in suffering and sadness. That’s when God gives us the most grace!! ๐๐
“Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. Romans 5:2โญ-โฌ5”
Day Sixteen – What I do to Relax
Well now, that depends! *winks* During the summer here relaxing for me is just getting things done in my space. Sometimes that’s just organizing. Journaling, Reading, Photography, Writing, Blogging or writing letters are all relaxing things when I feel like doing them!๐ My favorite thing is probably reading with a cup of mint tea and a really good book!
Day Seventeen – A Book I Love

Kingdom Tales by David and Karen Mains
‘So the Enchanter’s men came a last time and took into custody the One who could walk into the center of madness, who could make his way into the underworld of each child’s life, whose very name freed the prisoner, whose promise of a Kingdom made life worth playing, who brought light into all dark places. The One who could sing the whole song, who could call each orphan by name. The only One who could stare the Enchanter in the eye, who could challenge the very dominion of evil. The One who begins the dance of celebration again at life’s end the King, the true King.’
This allegorical book is full of fun, danger, excitement and timeless truths. Follow Hero as he learns the ways of the King and his Rangers. As he battles fire, Burners and… himself. And as he helps win the fight for the King and restore the Enchanted City to a place of light. Be sure to get the 30th anniversary edition with 12 color illustrations! They are stunning!!๐๐

Day Eighteen – Something I Miss
Okay so something I miss…. *pauses to think awhile* Should I do something serious or fun? Let’s do fun shall we?
I was just remembering this recently…. When I was probably eightttish (saying hesitantly), we lived down on the main farm, where my cousins live now. But I wont make this to complicated with a long explanation about that. These two sentences were already to much(sorry). The old cooler building (that’s no longer there) held some special cases of expired but still delicious orange soda. I think some of the fizz was missing though. Stephen, Kaleb, Joseph and I would always beg to have some. It was sooo good!! We may have snuck a few bottles sometimes… I really don’t remember… I just think that’s something we’d do๐คญ. I know sometimes we would grab a bottle, dump a little out, take a quick sip, and dump more out… take a sip… dump… sip… till the bottle was empty and then we’d smash the bottles (they were plastic) and stuff them in our bike wheel so they’d sound like motorcycles๐ It may (or may not) have been an excuse to drink some.
Anyways…the while point: I miss expired orange soda!!!๐๐๐คฃ
Day Nineteen – Something I Worry About
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6โญ-โฌ7 ESV”
This is probably one of the most quoted verses in the Bible. It’s a good one!!!
Just because we are humans, we all worry about things. Some are big, some are little. If we let it worry can take over our lives. It creeps in and grows so strong we live our life in crippling fear.
If we allow Him to, Jesus can take that worry. Perfect love casts out fear. Jesus is perfect love and if we allow Him to fill our hearts there wont be anymore room for worry and fear. This isn’t a simple fix. It’s a process. And it’s not a like once we’ve got Him fully in, we’re good. We have to continue to allow Him to stay there.
On and off I worry about many things. But the thing I worry about the most is My Future.
What will I have to face? What will I be called to do?
Some verses that comfort me are:
But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 ESV
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord , plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 ESV
Day Twenty – Something I’m Excited For
PUPPIES!!!
Lacie is due to have puppies this week!! And oh goodness you should see her!! I feel so bad for her, because she looks so uncomfortable!
She is the fattest dog I have EVER seen!! ๐ She’s already had two litters over 10 for us so I’m pretty confident this will be another of those. Having puppies in the fall isn’t my favorite cause it’s so cold and getting them out to play isn’t as fun… But I’m sure we will still enjoy them greatly!!
So you could all pray for a safe delivery and lots of healthy pups!๐
Day Twenty-One – Somewhere I’d Like To Visit

Oh goodness there are so many places I would love to go!! I want to visit every single state!! But right now at the moment I’m imagining this <
My parents went to Colorado last year and said they saw something like this. I’m so jealous. Right now the place I want to visit is Colorado. I want to catch my breath while staring up at millions of stars. I want to take some of those stunning landscape photos of lakes and mountains. I want savor an ice cream sundae at Whit’s End. I want to climb a mountain and survey God’s wondrous creation. I want to stop in at Ellerslie and grab a cup of hot chocolate and a Daily Thunder message. Most of all, I just want to mark off that I visited Colorado! Jk๐
Day Twenty-Two – Five Weird Things I Like
ohh fun *laughs sarcastically* *thinks for while*
1. Tomatoes – Yeah, they aren’t really weird but there’s a lot of the population that would completely disagree with me on that. But I LOVE tomatoes!! Grape tomatoes are the best, but I’ll also eat a Roma tomato whole too. I can just see my parents gagging right now. Sorry guys.
2. Typing noises – yep! Laptops, phones, that noise is just SOO satisfying!! ๐
3. Cucumber with Cream cheese and chives – Probably the only weird food combination I like… if it is even weird. Try it!! It’s very yummy!
4. The sound of mustard seed falling into water – Yes, ik now but it’s so satisfying!! Go make some pickle brine and try it!! (Should I share our refrigerator pickle recipe for you? Let me know in the comments!)
Of course I’m stuck at 4…. Give me a moment…. *Pauses to think REALLY hard* Ummm…. back again with no results… Guys, what’s werid about me? Fill in number 5 for me in the comments! *laughs* I guess if you can’t think of anything, well then number 5 will just have to be empty!
5.
Day Twenty-Three – Someone Who Inspires Me
There are a lot of people who inspire me but for today I guess I will choose my Bible study teacher: Teresa
Your willingness to go where God has called you is an incredible inspiration to me because it’s something I struggle with. Your faith, your relationship with Christ and your heart for helping others is truly remarkable. You cared so much about me and all the other girls in our group and you poured a lot into our time together! I really appreciate your prayers, the Truth you poured into my life, and your continued care and support. I pray I can be more like you! Thank you a million times!! ๐๐๐
Day Twenty-Four – A Throwback Photo

Now it’s just a matter of deciding which photo to post!?!?!
Alright so I got my brother to pick a number and here we are: December 2007
The fascinating thing is that I was just reading about this in my baby journal the other night!! So I’ll share an excerpt from the journal so you can read along with me! *winks* I don’t remember this day… though I do remember something from around this time… I believe I was 3. And I’m the one on the left in the pink hat (if you didn’t already know that *laughs*) Mom is holding baby Kaleb who was 1 I think and Stephen is there in the front. He was 4.
Without farther ado here is the story behind this picture!
(by my mother)
“On Sunday, knowing that a mix of snow/sleet/rain was in the forecast, Daddy prayed with us that God would send all snow! (We all love it and the children have been anxious to build a snowman!) Well God said “yes” to that prayer! We woke up this morning to three inches on the ground and clinging to the trees – gorgeous! After breakfast we all bundled up and headed out. Stephen and Autumn loved walking around and making snow angels. They also liked when I made snowballs for them to throw and we got our first snowman! We’ve waited to be able to do that and Daddy built a big one! After setting the head on to perfection Daddy and Stephen looked for sticks and Mommy tried sticking carrot in for the nose and ended up knocking the head off! Poor Daddy had to make a new head and then he wouldn’t let Mommy touch it! God really did bless us! It was so delightful to enjoy the snow with our children and at one point the children and I looked up to heaven and said “Thank you Jesus!” He truly does love to give good gifts to his children.
This weekend Autumn said something cute. Going to bed at night can be a struggle and she doesn’t’ like to be alone. Last night she came over to our room and said “My belly huts because I want to be with you!”
Day Twenty-Five – A Quote I Try To Live By
“For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ. Galatians 1:10 (ESV)
Whose aprroval am I seeking? Many times it is others. When I work hard is to please my parents or Jesus? Well some of both. I’m not saying working to please your parents is bad, no it’s wonderful!! But is that my main goal? It shouldn’t matter if they thank me or not. Jesus is the one whose aprroval I seek.
Whose aprroval am I thinking of when I dress? Do I put on my cute shirt thinking “I can’t wait to see how many comments I get!” It’s not bad to dress nice. Dressing nice is actually a very respectful thing to do (If it’s done modestly), but when I am dressing nice are my thoughts on others or Jesus?
This is just something I want to remind myself of. I want God’s approval, not man’s. That verse up there says that if I am still trying to please man, then I’m not the servent of Christ. When we focus on getting aprroval from others we loose focus of who we are in Christ and how we are to serve and follow Him. We need to shift our focus back to Christ.
well… that got kinda long, but that’s where my mind wandered and my fingers followed! *laughs*
Day Twenty-Six – My Earliest Memory
Hello again!!! Wow this could be hard. *laughs* You know all those vague inklings of memories that you can’t decipher as a memory or a dream? Pardon me while I take a journey through Long Term Memory.

I have vague images of all the unfun things that happened as a little girl. But those are just that – unfun. So lets fast forward a few years to a clearer memory. In 2010 (or early 2011?), when I was 6, we went up to my Great Aunt and Uncle’s in NY. We went with our cousins. I’m seeing images of traveling for hours. Being stuck in traffic behind a crash. And then lots and lots of snow!!! I remember playing on the swing set with our cousins, playing with a toy barn and reading the Little House on the Prairie picture books. The one day we went tubing down their big hill. The first time I went down, my cousin (once removed. I guess that’s what it is) Ethan took me with him. We went flying down the hill and a whole pile of snow flew up in my face. It was cold!! We rode up on a snowmobile and then I don’t think I went down again๐คฃ Being my grumpy, unadventurous six year old self I went in soon after cause I was cold. My dearest cousin Kaelie who is one month younger than me, came in a while later and tried to convince to come back out. She said that the path was smooth and snow would fly on my face anymore. So I agreed and went down with her. There was a big bump now but the snow didn’t fly in my face. Unfortunately I cant remember if I went down more after that. Probably not. Oh what I would do to have that opportunity to go back to that day and go down that hill a hundred more times๐ The last thing I remember from that trip is getting a talk from Dad about jealousy. ๐
Day Twenty-Seven – How I’ve Changed Recently
Hmmm… there defiantly has been some growing changes. A lot over the past year. Being a teen girl in 2020 can mean a lot of emotional ups an downs! One change I’ve been trying to implement into my life is scripture memorization into my life. I’ve found I can get a lot of things done when I’m picking strawberries!! I often listen to a Daily Thunder episode (a sermon podcast), some Odyssey episodes or podcasts for fun, an audio Bible to get some Bible reading in for the day and maybe some prayer and scripture memorization. I usually record myself saying a verse and then listen to that over and over again and repeat it. Right now I’m memorizing Psalm 116. I have 6 verses!
Another way I’ve changed in the past several weeks and months is becoming more comfortable with talking in a group setting. I’ve always been more on the shy/introvert side (still am! *laughs*) but during my Bible study it started to become easier and less sweaty handed and heart pounding to talk and share. I’m really praising God for that!! ๐
Day Twenty-Eight – Five Things I’m Thankful For
1. My sweet baby sister. Elisa was 6 weeks old yesterday!! She is become more smiley and alert and it’s so fun to watch her grow!! Just watching her sleep fills my heart with joy!1 ๐๐
2. Sweatshirts and leggings. I’m not really looking forward to cold weather but right now I am enjoying the cooler weather. It is fun to wear warmer clothes and be cozy. It’s also fun to have a wardrobe change! *smiles* I’m still very thankful for the warm sunshine!!!
3. Jesus’ Sacrifice There is nothing I have ever done to earn this kind of love yet He gives it so freely. He paid the price for me and I could never pay Him back even if I have all eternity to try! Its something I can hardly comprehend and fathom but I pray for the courage to say Yes to all He asks of me. Because He deserves my full devotion and all I can offer.
4. Common Sense. Not everyone has it anymore so I’m very grateful for mine.
5. Good Strawberries again!! I’ll go into this more on my recap of the month, but for a few weeks there we had a terrible stretch of fungus disease on the berries. It was getting very discouraging. Things are a lot better now and I’m praising God with each flat I fill!!
Day Twenty-Nine – My Favorite Season
I guess there are parts about every season I enjoy…
I love the beauty of snow in Winter. Christmas. Hot Chocolate. Warm covers and a cozy house. I dislike the cold. The dreariness. The days of being stuck inside doing school. The increase of sickness. Things that would make it better would be a fireplace to sit around. More family game nights, family sledding and maybe some family read alouds. I love my big family but one downside is the lack of family activities. It’s hard to play games, go biking or sledding, and sit down and have devotions or read alouds with so many ages to incorporate.
I love newness of Spring. The budding trees. The blooming flowers. The warmer air and gentle breezes. The bright sunshine. Campfires. The feeling of slipping of shoes and coats and being free!!! I dislike the days when its rainy and muddy and cold again. Things that would make it better: Having one of those pink trees in our yard!! ๐
I love the warmth and bounty of summer. Swimming. Working hard and feeling productive. Fresh fruits and veggies. Late nights. Driving with the windows down. I dislike when it’s over 90 degrees. When I have to get up early to work. Getting bee stings. Things that would make it better: Having a pool! (hopefully they will be back in stock next year๐) Not having bees! (I know, I know, they are important๐!!)
I love the colors of Fall. The changing leaves. The pumpkins. The smells. The cooler weather. Thanksgiving and family gatherings. My birthday. The flannels and barn parties. I dislike the cold blustery days. The change from dark at 9 to dark at 5. Things that would make it better: More fall scented candle burning. More barn parties or gatherings with close family (I shouldn’t complain, we have a lot. I’d probably be happy with one every week though! *laughs*.
Well that was extravagant *laughs*! So after all that I think I’m still gonna have to say SPRING!! ๐ฑ๐น๐ป๐บ๐ฟโ๏ธ
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.Ecclesiastes 3:1โญ,11 ESV
Day Thirty! – A Photograph of Someone I Love
(someones?)
